We are a team of executive coaches, culture consultants and investors who are looking for people who love working with small, fast-moving teams and solving seemingly impossible problems. We are currently looking for TWO Executive Assistants to support our founding Managing Partners. We are scaling thoughtfully, but quickly and need dynamic people to join our team. 

 The Role:

  • Complex calendaring and managing busy, fluctuating schedules that often conflict

  • Gatekeeper of time - managing requests based on appropriate priority level while maintaining an excellent service experience

  • Tracking leads, tasks, and follow ups in our CRM

  • Building sales proposals

  • Occasional travel planning including booking flights, hotels, and/or rental cars

  • Monthly expense reports

  • Occasional drafting of emails or reports

  • Ad hoc operational and events support  

What We're Looking For:

  • Someone who thrives in a Start Up workplace, and is flexible, patient & creative in their approach

  • Superior interpersonal & communication skills - written and verbal

  • Meticulous attention to detail, and overall impeccable organizational skills

  • Ability to deliver excellent service to our Managing Partner, our clients, and our Partners

  • 4 year degree or comparable work experience

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience supporting a senior executive in a fast paced environment, startup and/or tech company

  • Orientation towards and experience with personal growth and development

  • Must be proficient in Google Suites, and a big plus if you know Slack or Zoho CRM

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000 + benefits
