What You’ll Do:

This Executive Assistant will support our VP of Special Projects in the office of the CEO. This is an eager and talented professional experienced in supporting a range complex projects. Using good judgment in a variety of situations, you are a strong communicator, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities including:

  • Perform diverse administrative duties and manage high-level tasks for the executive team including meetings and event planning, calendar management, travel arrangements, handling confidential and sensitive information. You’ll answer and screen phone calls/emails in a crisp, timely and professional manner.
  • Partner and communicate effectively with the VP of Special Projects to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
  • Ensure effective and timely communications with the executive leadership.
  • Adapt to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
  • Create and maintain contacts, files, run errands, complete expense reports, etc.
  • Support coordination of various company events.
  • Collaborate and work effectively with company department coordinators and Executive Assistants.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years experience in executive administration, concierge, or personal support
  • Calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex and multiple participant executive meetings
  • Mastery of Google Apps
  • Mastery of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding social and communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • A sincere passion for executive support
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred for this position.
