An Insider's view of InStride

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

This group of smart, highly motivated people work with such a shared sense of urgency and purpose that it makes it easy to navigate the day-to-day challenges of operating a rapidly growing business. I love working and collaborating with colleagues who push me to be my best and who value diversity, integrity, and accountability the way I do.

Vice President, Education Partnerships Development

How does the company support your career growth?

Lifelong learning is core to the mission of the company but also the goal for our staff, and I think that’s really important. The Step Forward program means a lot to me because I never thought I would go back to school for my master’s and thanks to InStride I’m super excited to enroll.
