eCommerce Operations Manager As part of our Services team
Location: Remote within the US
We’re looking for an exceptional eCommerce Operations Manager with expertise in driving the overall operations across multiple product categories. You will work closely with the Engage team, the customer success teams, and product/data teams to help grow our online store business for a multitude of clients.

 

How you can make an impact

Enervee’s eCommerce Operations Manager has the ability to work on multiple priorities and/or tasks simultaneously and will be focused on ensuring customer experience is seamless throughout the funnel. Some of your day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage our online store’s day-to-day operations ensuring proper site merchandising, promotions (email marketing), and up to date contents are on the site
  • Collaborate across teams with forecasting and help designing operations infrastructure to support the forecasting and target numbers
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships, coordinate weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings, generate reports to review operations and support day to day operations
  • Review current inventory and replenishment processes across the overall product catalog
  • Make sure products are set-up accurately and completely with all details and necessary information
  • Monitor site performance and bring bugs and improvements to the software team
  • Ensure customer experience is seamless throughout the funnel by:
    • Checking that products are set-up accurately and with detailed information
    • Coordinating with internal teams like customer success and support, product teams, and data teams to ensure positive products to our customers
  • Work with third-party vendors to write, update, and publish content on our eCommerce websites to provide a great customer experience and site accountability
  • Manage our technical connection with a third-party fulfillment partner to our eCommerce platform to ensure accurate inventory synchronization and seamless order processing

Job requirements

What you bring to the team
Enervee’s eCommerce Operations Manager brings excellent organizational skills with an entrepreneurial focus with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. You’re comfortable working independently as well as influencing cross-functional teams.

  • +5 years of eCommerce experience in managing operations for B2C & B2B businesses
  • 3-5 years supply chain experience in an eCommerce setting
  • High attention to detail with the ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve technical and business problems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, detail oriented with attention to schedules and timelines, and maintenance of records and materials
  • A proactive self-starter who loves collaboration and is open to feedback
  • Customer advocate and relentless passion to solve issues quickly
  • Ability to work with multiple clients and widely varying concepts

Bonus Point!

  • Working experience with eCommerce platforms, such as Magento, Shopify is a plus
