As Director, Total Rewards, you will provide total rewards expertise to teams and key decision-makers to support the strategic direction of Riot Games. You will deploy strategic models and behavioral theory to plan, design, and implement organization opportunities affecting multiple disciplines or products to uphold culture and values of the company in a highly productive fashion. You will connect with leaders across Riot to enhance organizational effectiveness and build quality relationships across the Riot by providing and implementing organizational effectiveness tools and strategies. Provide coaching to senior leaders and managers.

You will:

• Manage and develop a team of discipline leaders that provide support to Rioters and managers by delivering high quality service and solutions to our evolving business challenges.
• Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure that all total rewards programs support our strategic objectives, are competitive, valued, efficient and aligned with our talent mission and vision.
• Assist in the design of the company's global compensation and benefits programs including base pay, merit programs, incentives, and health, welfare, and perks programs.
• Understands the culture of Riot Games and makes recommendations to meet key initiatives effectively.
• Works as a strategist and change agent in support of the culture at Riot.
• Supports organizational effectiveness efforts by conducting needs assessments and gap analyses.
• Leverages data, feedback, and other methods of measuring performance and effectiveness to direct initiatives and provides recommendations to key stakeholders to meet goals and objectives.
• Provide leadership to Rioters by assisting them to elevate their capability, performance and level of responsibility.
• Bring thought leadership to defining the Rioter total rewards value proposition for the future development of programs.
