About the Role


As a key leader the Director of System Integrations will be working with a team of focused individuals building the B2B systems that enable our teams to deliver a world-class experience for our customers. We are looking for a key leader that is highly-organized and a master at communication. This individual will set the vision and lead a team in building, integrating, and supporting our internal systems. We move fast, learn quickly, and win together! The Director of System Integrations obsesses over the details, proactively brings solutions to the table, invests in and leads their team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role works closely with others teams, including operations, data, sales, marketing, finance, and engineering. They are tasked with establishing effective, scalable processes across the organization and complementary technology solutions (e.g. today utilize Salesforce, Mulesoft, Integromat, Sage, Docusign, and others) that evolve along with ever-evolving business needs.

The impact you will have:

  • Build a team of expert systems builders able to both see the big picture and execute on the details
  • Manage and improve our B2B internal systems, including Salesforce, B2B Marketing Automations, Back Office, Financial Tools, Fulfillment, and Logistics Integrations
  • Identify vendors, manage solution approvals and implement the investments and tools to scale marketing initiatives
  • Ensure a cohesive internal systems strategy 
  • Work with the Data & Analytics Team to establish and implement best practices for data collection and integrity
  • Bring visibility and alignment between departments around various projects, processes, and systems.
  • Serve as a technology liaison to champion change management, including implementation of new technology rollouts
  • Collect and prioritize project requests, feature enhancements, and new initiatives
  • Maintain and communicate a clear Internal Technology roadmap
  • Collaborate on the rollout of internal tools
  • Work with teams for any cross-team tools or data connections

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience with cloud-based CRM systems, marketing automations, support, and sales enablement software
  • Proven record of successfully building and managing healthy teams
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably at a tech/growth stage company
  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with effective tactical execution
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess, prioritize, and organize projects
  • Execute the role’s responsibilities with an appropriate sense of urgency and ownership
  • Team leadership and project management experience, especially cross-disciplinary and cross-organizational teams
  • Experience applying data analysis and business intelligence to problem-solving / decision making.
