In this role, you will:

• Dual report to SVP, Tinder Finance & SVP, Match Group New Business Initiatives
• Evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems with data, analysis and market research
• Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively
• Help shape, prepare and improve materials for corporate operating cadence
• Analyze global consumer trends and competitive landscape in partnership with cross-functional leaders
• Translate product data into actionable strategies for Tinder and Match Group products
• Form thoughtful and comprehensive business cases for new business or product theses
• Identify and evaluate relevant 3rd party strategic partners, investment or acquisition targets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the company to plan and execute both long and short-term strategic goals
• Execute independently and efficiently, with or without additional resources
• Advance multiple projects with competing deadlines

We're looking for:

• 4+ years of strategy, finance, corporate development and/or business operations experience
• 2+ years of experience at consumer product focused VC or consulting firm
• Direct experience at a global consumer internet business supporting operating/product decisions
• Advanced proficiency in analysis / modeling in Excel
• Advanced proficiency in building presentations in Powerpoint
• Must be organized, deadline-driven and an excellent communicator
• MBA from leading institution preferred
• Bachelor’s degree
• Understanding of data access and manipulation tools, including but not limited to SQL, Python, etc.
