What You’ll Do: 

• Manage large implementations from start to finish
• Lead ongoing projects with key partners and for major strategic initiatives
• Activate and organize subject matter experts from throughout the organization
• Work closely with our leadership/management teams to monitor business performance and surface insights to stay ahead of opportunities, drive scalable growth strategies, and execute
• Build and implement business plans
• Gather and synthesize relevant data, leading analyses on your own and with the support of the Analytics team to present actionable recommendations
• Attain complete understanding of all facets of Fair’s business from finance to tech to insurance to customer / dealer operations
• Continously learn and stay abreast of industry, competition, and customer behavior trends that impact Fair

What You’ll Need: 

• MBA or business degree from a top-tier school with strong academic achievement
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting (top consulting firm) or strategy & operations at high profile companies that have successfully gone through accelerated growth
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple partnering functions
• Experience working closely with senior executives
• Highly analytical
• Hard-working
