As a Director of Scholastic Partnerships, you will lead the strategy, project planning, and account management of our national and state partners. In this role, you will oversee a growth and operational game plan as well as work cross functionally with marketing, finance, legal and product to drive our business forward.



Here's What You'll Get To Do:

  • Originate and develop new partnership strategies for our business
  • Build and help deliver compelling business cases around key priorities to gain organizational support and resourcing
  • Build partner-facing proposals, helping develop new business around scholastic partners and supporting strategic relationship management
  • Act as the primary liaison for potential new partners, owning deal negotiation and structuring commercial terms in coordination with Finance and Legal
  • Partner with internal commercial, marketing, product development and insights to develop partner programs/initiatives
  • Drive day-to-day interaction with several high touch scholastic partners with ability to develop strong and trusted relationships 
  • Employ strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills to help develop customized partner strategies to maximize growth 
  • Partner with marketing to develop materials to maximize partner channel engagement and generate leads 
  • Manage and lead a team of business development and partner managers 

Here's What We're Looking For:

  • You have 10+ years of experience in management consulting, business strategy / analytics, strategy & operations, investment banking, or business development
  • You have proven success working in cross-functional teams to build creative solutions
  • You have strong project management, organization, and presentation skills
  • You are a problem solver at core, with a strong bias for action
  • You are passionate about using analytics to build insights around problems and opportunities
  • You like rolling up your sleeves as much as you like the big picture
  • You know how to take very broad challenges or opportunities and turn them into actionable projects with clear milestones and goals, with minimal guidance
  • A “get it done” attitude with a bias toward action
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and continuously evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or other advanced degree preferred
