Director of Business Systems

DISQO is looking for a Director of Business Systems to scale our operating teams’ capabilities, as we become a multi-product company and expand our global footprint. The Director of Business Systems is a visionary leader with a keen ability to anticipate the needs of our functional teams, with great empathy, and translate them into an ambitious capabilities roadmap. You will architect the integration of our SaaS/software tools used throughout the enterprise, including: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Member Support, Finance, HR, Legal, Business Operations and EPMO. This is a cross-functional leadership role that will ensure that DISQO sustains its accelerating growth by empowering our operating teams through convenient access to actionable insights and agile low-code/no-code workflows innovation.
What you will be doing
- Source, evaluate, recommend and implement roll-out of a broad range of enterprise applications to support and meet current and future company objectives, based on needs from internal customers.
- Build trusted relationships and work cross-functionally with executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, prioritization and execution of our business systems roadmap.
- Own the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s business systems with a focus on integration, automation, privacy compliance and the agile development of data models and workflows to enable actionable insights by business operators.
- Lead our Salesforce team, which is at the center of our customer and member-centric business strategy, supporting the implementation and maintenance of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integrations with other internal systems and applications such as Pardot/Engage, NetSuite, TalkDesk, etc.
- Champion a low-code/no-code strategy that will foster agile innovation across our operating teams at scale and support DISQO’s growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and regulations to ensure our teams are equipped with the latest and greatest capabilities at all times.
- Maintain on-going vendor relationships and work closely with our Deal Desk and Procurement to secure the best licensing terms possible.
- Develop, select, and conduct user training on an as-needed basis to maximize adoption and internal user satisfaction.
- Be hands-on when necessary.
What you will bring to the table
- A business savvy, self motivated leader with aspirations to grow and develop the Business Systems team at DISQO, architecting our systems to create a single-source of truth, seamless integrations, and delight our internal customers.
- 10+ years experience in information technology, with at least 3 as a leader managing CRM applications architects, admins, and developers in a similar role, preferably as a Director.
- Deep experience in the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of integrated business systems and processes.
- Proven experience partnering with business system vendors on system implementations and maximizing value, as well as collaborating with departmental domain experts toward successful implementation and adoption
- Thorough understanding of data security and privacy compliance with experience in how to handle and avoid any breaches
- Experience with our core technologies is a plus (Salesforce, Pardot, Engage, Lever, NetSuite, TalkDesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in leading inter-organization change to increase efficiency by the implementation of technology.
- You must possess excellent customer facing skills that enable you to represent Enterprise Applications' SFDC environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding project management, resource planning, audit controls, and risk management.
- Technical Capacity. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, STEM or related field and / or related / equivalent experience.
- MBA or other related Masters Degree is a Plus.
