As the Senior Associate, Learning and Development (Customer Experience) you’ll be empowered with the tools, resources and support to help build the world’s best support team. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will work to develop and enable the fullest potential of the MeUndies CheekSquad Specialists. In this role, you will actively build, design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct needs analysis, identify gaps, and provide appropriate recommendations for learning solutions and prioritize initiatives 
• Apply learning models, benchmark best practices/trends, and maintain knowledge of cutting-edge approaches in order to deliver learning solutions that drive lasting impact and enable in creating the culture of a learning organization.
• Work closely with our OS Operations Manager and Customer Experience Manager to uncover and lead curriculum-related projects.
• Design or provide additional tools and resources that support development beyond formal training, which may include relationship or on-the-job experiences and resources that drive development and transfer of learning for practical application.
• Develop the metrics and the means to assess and track the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs.
• Maintain a high level of expertise on MeUndies operations, policies, and procedures
• Oversee the CX Quality Assurance Program alongside the OS Operations Manager
• Consistently revise and report on quality expectations for the CX team as needed to develop a top level support team

What You Have

• BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and/or training.
• 2+ years working in a customer experience capacity, ideally in Training and/or Quality Assurance
• Working knowledge of customer service software, methodology and tools. Experience with Zendesk, MaestroQA, Lessonly and Stella Connect are a plus.
• Effective communication skills along with exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.
• The ability to prioritize effectively, be a problem solver, collaborative and able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Self-motivation, passion and are motivated by a challenge
