The Customer Support role is be based in Santa Monica, CA. In this role, you will manage the queue and effectively prioritize all issues. Additionally, you will work with Operations to troubleshoot technical errors and implement necessary changes.

- BA or BS Degree OR equivalent work experience
- Plus: business proficient in any of the following languages: Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian
- 2+ years of experience in customer support; email/chat support preferred
- Team player; excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work any shift in a 24/7 environment, including holidays/weekends/overnight
- Standing and sitting for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
- Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
