About the Customer Success Manager at Headspace:

Headspace’s Customer Success team engages our corporate customers to drive Headspace adoption and demonstrate ongoing value. This critical function is responsible for onboarding new customers, supporting roll-out, driving ongoing adoption, and managing renewals. It works with the rest of the Headspace organization to uncover new ways to make Headspace a part of everyday life and to improve our product.

How your skills and passion will come to life at Headspace:

  • Onboard new customers by providing initial technical setup, sharing best practices content, and fielding customer questions
  • Enable successful roll-out of Headspace to customer employees, including by sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and potentially attending launches virtually or in person
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Headspace advocates (e.g. testimonials, case studies)
  • Document key customer data and updates in Salesforce
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
  • Marshall resources across the company as needed to support customers’ needs
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap

What you’ve accomplished:

  • 3+ years in a Customer Success, Relationship Management, Account Management, or similar role
  • Experience working with large enterprise customers
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Empathetic, positive attitude with a desire to help our customers reach their goals
  • Results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Experience with Excel preferred
  • Strong PowerPoint/Keynote skills. Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred but not required
  • Comfort in a startup environment – we move quickly, wear many hats, and change quickly

We're located in the heart of Santa Monica on Michigan + Cloverfield, just off the 10 freeway. Bergamont train station is right behind our office.
