About the Role

As a Customer Success Associate you will play a starring role in crafting and implementing Medely’s customer strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Responding in a timely manner to support questions. The scope of support questions from customers includes: Requesting changes to their job postings, Billing Questions, Assistance with online scheduling, Edits to profiles, Recruiting/Onboarding, and General questions.
  • Case queue management which includes phones, email and LiveChat.
  • Prioritize cases based on escalations, resolution time, and severity.
  • Communication with doctors, staff, and third parties as well as internal communication.
  • Support: Assist professionals from application to onboarding. Develop and establish rapport with qualified professionals and assisting with onboarding questions.
  • Manage and upload incoming credentials for Medely professionals.
  • Screen incoming background checks, drug screens and online license verifications.
  • Address mis-conduct such as no-shows, etc.
  • Provides constructive feedback to recruitment specialists for process improvement.
  • Manage open tasks with other departments to ensure on-time completion.
  • Communicate with Medely professionals regarding profile status/missing credentials and or clarification.

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer facing position.
  • Must hold a bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Expertise in problem-solving.
  • Able to handle stressful situations. Proven ability to drive results under pressure and in the face of ambiguity.
  • Meet deadlines.
  • Professional Friendliness and a positive attitude is a must.
  • Computer literate with proficiency in web based products and ability to learn new applications easily (will be using various computer applications/software).
  • Reliable transportation.
