What’s the Role About: 

To complement our world-class technical teams, we are seeking a (Quality) Inspector to review, categorize, and document customer returns in our daily operation. You will be an expert in diagnosing the issues and will work with Customer Care and Quality teams to document them.

Some things you will be responsible for:

• Unpackaging and appropriately labeling and documenting all customer returned items
• Verification and categorization of all returned devices based on predefined issue codes 
• Responsible and accountable for documenting ALL items included in the return.  
• Coordinating inspection results with Customer Service team.  
• Ensuring that all items are appropriately following Puffco instructions before packaging and shipping to the customer. 
• Packaging, shipping and updating tracking information for outgoing packages going back to customers.  
• Assist with training of inspectors at domestic logistics facilities
• Occasionally assist with testing experiments and data collection
• Work with domestic logistics facilities on refurbishment program activities
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Work history in shipping / Quality and knowledge of excel should be required.
• Previous experience / history with Puffco products would be extremely helpful.
