Customer Experience Specialist

As authorized retailers for Fortune 100 companies such as AT&T, DIRECTV, you will be responsible for interacting with consumers shopping for internet, TV, and phone while ensuring a seamless customer experience from the point of sale through customer support. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to join a growing and innovative team based in our beautiful Playa Vista, California headquarters!

What you’ll do:

  • Answer calls from consumers shopping for internet, TV, phone and more
  • Support existing customers across multiple channels including, phone and email
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience
  • Multi-task, including conversing while navigating multiple screens
  • Problem-solve to answer questions and make sure customers get the information they need

What you bring:

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of previous call center experience preferred
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • A team player who is self-motivated & goal-oriented
  • Competitive spirit and a drive to be successful
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Strength in multitasking to field simultaneous inquiries from multiple users
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Focus and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
