Customer Experience Representative
Yeezy is expanding their Customer Experience team in Calabasas and are looking to bring on a core group of representatives to handle day to day functions.
Job Description:
Review and analyze potential fraudulent orders and manage the chargeback process
Review and correct orders that do not process immediately as a result of a billing or shipping-related issue
Handle escalated questions and concerns from customers
Work with the fulfillment team to handle all return to sender orders
Respond to all inbound inquiries from customers
Requirements:
Have a college degree
Experience in providing high-touch customer service
Excellent knowledge of issue de-escalation techniques
Working knowledge of customer service software
Ability to think strategically and lead
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
