Customer Experience Representative (FFF Style)
FFF Style is a fashion concierge service. We indulge our customers with a highly personalized styling service based on fit, price, and lifestyle preferences. The role of FFF Style Customer Experience Representative is to assist in executing a robust customer relations architecture that supports the engagement, satisfaction, sentiments and wants of our customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Daily maintenance of Zendesk, all inbound CS tickets, as well as inbounds from subsequent sources such as FFF Community, social channels and direct email
- Become a product guru to successfully track, manage and deliver a resolution to customer requests
- Weekly completion of new customer Style Profiles as well as any Style Profile updates needed
- Be sales focused by maximizing all customer contact opportunities to provide product knowledge and increase KR
- Assist manager in developing and enhancing customer loyalty and KR while building long-lasting personal relationships with our VIP customers
- Work with other Customer Experience team members to promote customer satisfaction
- Employ a creative aptitude and vision to recognize, understand, and respond to the needs of e-commerce customers
What You’ll Bring:
- Recently earned your Bachelor's Degree, or have 1+ years experience working in customer service
- Excellent people skills and a strong focus on customer service
- Proactive approach and a startup mentality – able to show initiative / ideas to constantly improve the customer experience and drive sales
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- The ability to identify the needs of our customers and address concerns
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic startup environment
- Flexible, positive attitude and a team player
- A high level of professionalism and a sense of urgency
- Experience working with ZenDesk and/or Desk.com a plus!
