The Marketing Team:
The Ruggable Marketing Team is collaborative and dynamic with clear growth targets. Working closely with the Design, Operations, Product and Executive teams, the team aims to elevate our brand status and broaden our customer appeal. We learn fast to adapt to the ever-changing e-commerce landscape.
Job Summary:
Sitting on the E-Commerce team, the CRM & Loyalty Manager will create and own strategy, testing roadmap and execution of campaigns aimed at driving customer repeat sales and loyalty. A successful candidate will be data-driven, have experience with retention marketing, CRM and/or loyalty programs, and is excited about driving increased LTV.
What You’ll Do:
Retention Campaigns:
- Manage key programs, including Ruggable’s loyalty program, referral program, direct mail and other key CRM channels
- Work closely with the email and CRM teams to understand all customer facing flows, how to build in personalization, and how to optimize to drive a better customer experience
- Understand customer motivations, shopping patterns, and how we can continue to engage and delight them
- Recommend ways to build loyalty through email, SMS, direct mail, push notifications, and retargeting
- Plan CRM campaigns that will increase repeat purchases across channels, working closely with brand, acquisition, retention, social and data teams
- Identify opportunities for A/B tests. Analyze results, plan next steps, and project manage the execution
- Follow the D2C landscape, as well as loyalty tech stack
- Implement best practices for loyalty and retention marketing
- Collaborate with the data team to identify key KPIs
- Communicate tests that are being run and those that impacted LTV
What You'll Need to Have:
Required:
- 3+ years working on email, CRM, loyalty, retention, and/or lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Data-driven and analytical; strong Excel skills
- Ability to manage projects across teams and with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Excitement for learning, improving and iterating on feedback
- Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented
Preferred:
- Startup and/or e-commerce experience
