WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

CareerArc is looking for an ambitious and talented individual to help maximize the effectiveness of our client retention efforts and help our team provide an outstanding customer experience.

The Client Success Associate (CSA) is an essential contributor to our client retention efforts and will work closely with our Client Success Managers (CSMs) on the Career Transition Services product line by performing tasks such as responding to incoming client requests, creating client presentations and quantifying how we’re delivering results for our customers. The CSA will also gain account management experience through direct interactions with clients and will report directly to our VP of Client Success, Career Transition Services.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Work closely in a supportive role with Client Success Managers.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure everything is operating as expected.
  • Support client activities with administrative duties throughout the lifecycle of the account, from client onboarding to renewal efforts.
  • Review and analyze internal dashboards and collaborate with CSMs to create executive business reviews & renewal presentations.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other technology platforms to help implement and optimize our customer’s career transition efforts.

  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A desire to learn & utilize new technologies
  • Comfort in operating in a fast-paced startup culture

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Desired but not required: 1-2 years of strategic implementation, reporting and account management experience.
  • Experienced with MS Office Suite and Salesforce
  • General interest in career transition services including resume writing, LinkedIn and career coaching.
