ROLE SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a Claims Operations Manager with an inquisitive mindset interested in a fast growing company operating in a rapid pace environment. This leader will oversee our company’s organizational processes, claim quality and adds improvements to it. Their main duties will include leading a team of adjusters, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, measuring/maintaining/improving quality and building an enjoyable company culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s claim handling proficiencies
- Coordinating different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities
- Inspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and constructive feedback
- Communicating senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Building a quality assurance program for a newly created claims operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensed adjuster in property and casualty adjusting
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 Years Claims Experience
- Curious Nature
