Chief of Staff, Growth
ServiceTitan's Growth organization is a highly strategic team responsible for assessing, validating, building and launching new business opportunities to accelerate growth at ServiceTitan while making a massive positive impact to our customers. We want to build innovative products, provide extraordinary services & become the premier brand in the home services industry. The Chief of Staff role on the growth team is highly strategic. The role will help drive the vision of the team by working within the team and cross-functionally with other company leaders.
This role will partner & report to the the Chief Growth Officer.
What you'll do:
- Evaluate & plan future initiatives with the Chief Growth Officer (e.g., conduct activities to discover strategic partnerships)
- Constantly and strategically evaluate the growth organization to determine and recommend areas for improvement around people, process and technology
- Drive future state vision for the growth team (structure, roles, processes, etc.)
- Bring major risks/issues to Chief Growth Officer’s attention with recommendations to improve
- Plan and drive growth goals and align with cross-functional quarterly goals
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Economics with 6-10 years of relevant experience. MBA a plus.
- Ideally, at least two years of experience at a top four consulting or investment banking firm
- Prior consulting/work experience with tech/SaaS companies is preferred
- Excellent relationship-building, communication skills and negotiation skills. Ability to get things done via influence vs. authority is paramount
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills (Google sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (Google slides)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to consolidate and integrate a wide range of inputs
- Self-starter attitude and track record seamlessly executing quickly on complex projects with minimal guidance
