About the Job.

Gimbal is seeking a highly analytical, solutions-oriented Campaign Manager to join our Operations team. This role will ensure delivery and performance for key advertising clients. If you have a passion for data, advertising and/or experimentation, we want to hear from you!

This position is a full-time, permanent role, open to our New York, Los Angeles, or San Francisco office. 

What you will be doing:

  • Managing and monitoring pacing and performance of campaigns in portfolio. 
  • Translating data sets into findings and actionable optimizations
  • Aggregating and manage daily reporting using 3rd party & 1st party reports and identifying opportunities for reporting efficiency improvements
  • Assessing regional support needs and liaising between remote offices and HQ
  • Identifying areas for improved scale and performance on campaigns
  • Working with Sales and Account Management to provide superior customer service
  • Acting as a key resource for all things operations/technology related

  • A tech enthusiast — you know about the latest trends and technologies before they are even released into Beta, and spread the word of the next big thing to your network of friends and colleagues

What you have:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a highly analytical role within digital advertising/media, preferably with a tech company
  • Good grasp of advertising essentials (CPM, CTR, CPA, CPC, CPA, CPI, ROAS, etc.)
  • Experience with open RTB, DSPs (The Trade Desk a plus), SSPs or other programmatic platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Ad trafficking experience
  • Background managing performance campaigns on desktop or mobile advertising spaces
  • Understanding of the online advertising ecosystem
  • Experience with project management applications (Trello, Jira, etc)
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or related work experience
