WHAT YOU’LL DO

• This role is a hybrid role requiring some business analysis skills and some integration developer skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, determine and document requirements for the development of integrations and reports/dashboards
• Design, develop, deploy and maintain integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on premise software applications using Dell Boomi
• Implement and follow methodologies and procedures conforming to Enterprise Application Integration and Service Oriented standard patterns and practices
• Proactively problem solve – come up with ideas and suggestions to prevent problems from arising
• Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by vendors
• Develop reports and dashboards leveraging PowerBI
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures
• Provide database management support
• Ensure compliance to all security measures at an application level
• Support end user training efforts in regards to integrations and/or reports developed

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field or equivalent work experience
• Worked in a customer service focused role that provided support for business applications such as ERP, MRP, or HRIS systems (experience with Coupa, NetSuite & Jira preferred)
• Have experience with explaining complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
• Possess a basic working knowledge of scripting, coding, and application architecture
• Integration experience using Dell Boomi as an iPaaS solution is a must
• Worked within the SDLC framework
• Good understanding of common software development design patterns and objected oriented design patterns
• Knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP and APIs
• Proficient in working with SQL queries
• Developed and delivered software training

NICE TO HAVE

• Prior experience working in an Engineering R&D or Manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and experience working within an ITIL framework and familiarity with change and release management practices
• Experience working in an environment that uses the Agile methodology
