FabFitFun is looking for Beauty Brand Partnerships Coordinator to join our Merchandising team! This Coordinator role will report to the Director, Brand Partnerships, Beauty and be responsible for assisting in sourcing amazing beauty products for our box, building and maintaining relationships with our luxury beauty brand partners, and keeping our fabulous customers happy!
What you’ll do:

Assist in sourcing and curating high-quality beauty products: color cosmetics, skin care, hair care and body products
Contribute as needed to the creation of tailored presentations for brand partners
Help build and maintain beauty brand partner relationships
Use trends and knowledge about the competitive landscape to develop a strategic vision for potential new brands and product lines
Work closely with our internal teams and brand partners on shipment and product related issues
Be at the cutting edge of the latest beauty, wellness, lifestyle and fashion trends
Daily administrative duties and special projects as needed

What you have:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related-field
1-2 years administrative and organizational experience working in a fast-paced beauty product-focused company
Existing knowledge and relationships within the beauty industry
Passion for all things beauty and follow the latest trends in the lifestyle categories
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively throughout an organization and across cross-functional teams
A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, and are a self starter
Proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, and Google Docs
