What you’ll do:

You will partner with the Manager, Operations to develop, implement, optimize, and control operational capabilities across StackCommerce, with a specialized focus on Supply Chain, Support, Production and Fraud. You will work to ensure effectiveness of supply chain, vendor management, promotion quality and internal day-to-day operations while minimizing risk and maximizing Stack’s opportunity. You will oversee and develop workflows and systems that power and positively impact Stack’s efficiency and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop all aspects of vendor on­boarding and drop ship program
  • Manage 3PL and carrier partnerships
  • Ensure streamlined communication, internally and externally, across all operations teams
  • Manage all communication around process timelines for vendors & internal teams
  • Identify & analyze opportunities to reduce cost and prepare for future growth
  • Innovate and develop our DropShip program for Vendors and StackCommerce
  • Oversee & continuously optimize a trackable vendor chargeback system
  • Assist with Salesforce process & system management across all internal teams
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality customer support
  • Maintain complete and timely data on all inventories, including accurate cost accounting data; ensure timely monthly reconciliation, and month end period closing procedures. Monitor end of life stock and revaluation processes.
  • Ensure a ‘Customer Service’ focus with regard to interaction with partners and internal operations teams
  • Maintain and establish schedules, tasks, priorities, processes, and performance KPIs
  • Responsible for accuracy of consumer-facing deals in our network, including data entry, fact checking, product research and asset collection
  • Stakeholder in operational product requests and road map planning
  • Dig into sets of operational data, create reports from them, and analyze them to offer actionable items based on your findings
  • Develop team through coaching, training, establishing a feedback loop
  • Help define then execute goals and objectives across all Operations teams

About You:

  • eCommerce experience required
  • Preferred experience as Salesforce Admin
  • Excels in cross-­departmental partnerships and process optimization & analysis
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRMs, Salesforce preferred
  • Passionate about fostering relationships
  • Forward-thinking, problem-solving leadership
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively towards team objectives
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and drive with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic organization
  • You’re compassionate and are always looking to improve yourself and the people around you
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience
  • Ability to facilitate efficiency and improvement to processes
  • Proven track record of effective cost management and cost saving initiatives
  • Solid problem-solving skills, organizational skills and ability to multitask
