As Operations Lead, your expertise lies in your flexibility, approachability, and execution abilities in a fast-paced environment. You constantly think of ways to improve the workflow and efficiency of the team. Along with many others, some key responsibilities will include developing efficient processes and providing administrative, marketing, and transactional support.

This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass.

The Operations Lead Will:

  • Collaborate with CEO’s Chief of Staff and department leads to masterfully carry out the vision of the team

  • Execute to the highest standard, and hold staff accountable to the same standard

  • Embody and perpetuate the team culture through both systems and attitude

  • Advance team strategic growth plans with a combination of ingenuity and precision

  • Lead financial operations including payroll, accounting, revenue and loan tracking

  • Take ownership of the management of people, transactions and systems

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of five years growing and managing a team of no fewer than five people

  • An ability to quickly diagnose problems

  • A willingness to embrace change, and a self-improvement mindset

  • Strong examples to demonstrate efficiency, processes, collaboration and organization

  • Proficiency with P&Ls, accounting and payroll

  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail

  • Experience with HR and CA State employment law

  • Proficiency with Google suite of products and MacOSX

  • Strong examples efficiency, processes, organization & procedures, and management
  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters

This role will not be employed by Compass. Any compensation will be paid by the Agent Team.
