Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played PC game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.

We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

That's where you come in.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will help to create a more efficient work-life. You will handle sensitive information and interact with key stakeholders company wide, flexing in to support when necessary.

You are:

  • Fluent in English (other languages a plus)
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under short deadlines with ease and confidence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Administrative/Executive Assistant experience

You will:

  • Coordinate complex schedules and arrange all meetings
  • Manage several leaders calendars to efficiently balance time demands
  • Manage and maintain complex internal processes to facilitate desired R&D outcomes
  • Receive and screen communications to leaders including telephone calls and email messages, and provide assistance using independent judgment to determine priority attention
  • Act as liaison to handle communication flow between leaders and Rioters
  • Prepare agendas, notices, minutes and resolutions for meetings
  • Arrange complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compile documents for travel- related meetings
  • Prepare routine and advanced correspondence including letters, emails, and reports
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters
  • Prepare presentations requiring advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and completing special projects, as needed and requested

Don’t forget to include a resume and cover letter. We receive a lot of applications, but we’ll notice a fun, well-written intro that shows us you take play seriously.
