Your Role:

As the Operations Manager, Crypto, you’ll be working with some of the industry’s brightest minds to coordinate, streamline, and optimize cross-departmental collaboration across the CXC10 and C10 business lines. Basically, you’ll ensure that ideas move fast, teams stay aligned, and projects land on time – turning complex blockchain and RWA strategies into clear, actionable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Governance and Process Development

  • Establish and continuously optimize daily business operation mechanisms, including meeting systems, information communication, and workflow management.
  • Lead and drive cross-departmental and cross-business-line governance and process implementation to improve organizational efficiency.

Cross-Team Coordination and Communication

  • Act as a bridge for communication across business lines, coordinating collaboration among products, R&D, marketing, legal, and finance teams.
  • Follow up on key topics and cross-departmental tasks, ensuring timely problem resolution and on-schedule delivery of objectives.

Meeting Management and Knowledge Retention

  • Organize, facilitate, and document cross-departmental meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes.
  • Build and maintain operational archives and a knowledge base, standardizing processes and best practices to enhance collaboration efficiency.

Operational Support and Delivery Assurance

  • Participate deeply in the end-to-end process of product and business delivery, track project progress, and identify or alert potential risks.
  • Collaborate with project managers and business owners to coordinate resources and drive execution.

Data-Driven Operations and Reporting

  • Regularly produce operational analyses, progress reports, and management briefings to support decision-making.
  • Use data-driven approaches to assess meeting efficiency, cross-departmental collaboration, and delivery outcomes, and propose continuous improvement measures.

Web3/Blockchain Industry Support

  • Monitor industry policies, technology developments, and market trends to support the company’s strategic initiatives in the blockchain/Web3 sector.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing emerging business scenarios, such as crypto asset management, DeFi applications, and NFT ecosystems.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Blockchain, or Business Administration.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management or operations management roles within the Web3, AI, blockchain, or crypto industries. Proven knowledge and expertise in organizational operations and project governance.
  • Strong familiarity with crypto, blockchain, and Web3 industry practices.
  • Proven experience in utilizing project management tools to drive project execution and efficiency.
  • Holds certifications in project management or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics tools and project tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Airtable).
  • Experience in blockchain, crypto exchanges, or RWA/DeFi projects.
  • Creative curiosity, collaborative ethics, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork tendencies.
  • A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting.
  • A genuine fascination for the crypto and AI convergence field and a commitment to global innovation.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Chinese) preferred.

Salary Range:

($95K-$100K DOE) plus benefits and incentive plans.
