Cie Digital Labs is looking for an entry level administrative individual to join our growing team. Primarily, you’ll be at the front desk but you’ll also be assisting Human Resources, event coordination, catering and office engagement.
The person we’re looking for loves tackling a variety of tasks, excels in fast-paced environments, has a high level of customer service and collaborates well with all personalities and job levels including our C-level executives. What you’ll do:
- Be the face (and voice) of the company. You’ll be in charge of managing the front desk, answering incoming phone calls and welcoming guests to the office.
- Event planning. You’ll have an opportunity to put together awesome events for our team i.e. a night out bowling, go kart racing and even trips to Catalina Island.
- Keep the office fueled. You’ll order and keep the office stocked with the team’s favorite snacks, drinks -- and of course coffee.
- Feed us. Lunch is catered every Monday and breakfast is catered twice a month. Your breakfast burritos will make you the new office hero in no time.
- Keep the office pretty. Maintain a clean working environment. Keep front desk, kitchen, office supplies and snacks organized.
- Mail checks. Prepare outgoing mail, collect mail and receive all delivers.
- Master calendar scheduling – lots of it.

- Planning skills. From Post-Its to Google Sheets, you know what you need to stay organized and do it.
- Master of multi-tasking. Juggling lots of tasks with different deadlines doesn’t faze you.
