We are searching for a highly creative VP of Marketing to lead our internal marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand’s influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness.

Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SEO and SEM - all search & digital marketing (performance, digital user acquisition, and direct response marketing)
• Sharp working knowledge of digital marketing and client acquisition
• Background and experience in PR, content, organic, events, and new initiatives.
• Drive strategy and identify new opportunities for growth of the display marketing channel
• Ability to define and build new business processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and campaign assets
• Analyze campaign data, identify actionable opportunities, and measure and report on performance
• D2C brand experience a plus

Requirements

• 7+ years experience and proven track record in digital marketing
• Strong Client facing & Merchant exposure
• Solid understanding and practice of performance, acquisition, and direct response marketing techniques
• Experience working with large data sets and complex analysis
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills required
