-- The Position --

The VP of Marketing will lead and oversee all of Enplug's B2B marketing and lead generation activities. Like all leadership roles at Enplug, you will be hands-on: developing, leading, and executing strategies. You will report to and work directly with the CEO and will be one of the key leaders in the company.

-- Responsibilities --

We're looking for someone who is ready to maximize all of their skills and strengths to help build Enplug into a major tech company. This person is excited and capable of taking Enplug to the next level of growth. As VP of Marketing, you will:

  • Lead and oversee all marketing strategies
  • Drive inbound qualified sales leads 
  • Enhance Enplug's brand awareness in the industry
  • Ensure sales reps have adequate leads to meet monthly team quota goals
  • Manage and determine marketing budget
  • Interact and interview customers to gain product and marketing insights
  • Attract and retain top marketing talent and build out marketing team
  • Create and implement new email marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Evaluate and use the latest technology and A/B testing tools to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Develop and implement nurturing campaigns for existing leads
  • Track lead and sales conversion
  • Manage and build relationships with press
  • Identify and create beneficial partnerships with companies
  • Facilitate handoff of leads between marketing and sales
  • Seek out and test new marketing tools and strategies
  • Track and measure campaign success to drive future strategy
  • Manage other campaigns involving social media, events, and partners
  • Write copy for new products, press releases, and other announcements

-- Qualifications --

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • 7+ years of marketing experience
  • Extensive marketing SaaS products, particularly enterprise SaaS
  • Expert in demand generation
  • Data-driven
  • Excellent writer and communicator
  • Team player and proven leader
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Expert in digital marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, NPS surveys, and related tools
  • Expert in using CRM tools like Hubspot
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Highly self-motivated and hardworking
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, G Suite
  • A great eye for design
  • Bonus points: Photoshop, photo-editing, or other design skills
