About the Role
GoodRx is seeking a data-driven, customer-focused VP of Customer Acquisition to lead its user acquisition efforts. The person in this role will lead the charge to ensure that every GoodRx member is properly identified and thoughtfully engaged into the customer lifecycle. We are looking for an individual with a passion for leveraging data insights into campaigns, communications, and programs that will add substantial value to the GoodRx patient experience. The role requires a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, an attitude that anything is possible, and a relentless focus on the customer. Responsibilities:
- Manage a growing team of marketers who are driving online and offline acquisition Deliver omni-channel, acquisition driving initiatives and campaigns across Television (Streaming and Linear), PPC, Paid Social, Affiliates, Doctor Marketing, and Direct Mail
- Work with our product and engineering teams to drive A/B and multivariate testing across our sites and apps
- Develop new funnels for our ever-growing product offering (Gold, Hey Doctor, Telehealth marketplace)
- Innovate to find new marketing channels for GoodRx, e.g. audio (streaming, podcasts, radio), non-FB/IG paid social channels, etc.
- Own, drive, and report on key metrics related to CAC, acquisition, channel performance and channel growth
- Partner with Data and Analytics teams to develop customer personas and build out customer analyticsManage large budgets, analyze and develop campaigns, supervise all acquisition media buying
- Effectively manage deliverables, report campaign performance, communicate expectations with team and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Patient Advocate, Data etc.) to align product offerings with customer priorities
- Act as a team builder and mentor. Hire, train and develop a high-performing team to lead campaign execution, optimization & analysis
Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of professional experience in marketing with a strong record of accomplishment in brand messaging, direct response and consumer acquisition
- Experience managing 8-9 figures of annual spend across numerous performance-driven marketing channels
- Track record of developing and optimizing large-scale B2C campaigns, with deep knowledge of digital, offline, and television
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects
- Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach”
- Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level
