The Affiliate/Publisher Manager will represent Blue Track Media in all media buying efforts.   You will be responsible for growing the overall revenue of your portfolio of publishers, including actively recruiting new, and selling to existing publishers by finding the best available campaigns that fit their supply.

 

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Grow your base of publishers to meet and exceed the monthly sales targets
  • Be mindful of company Gross Margins goal. Ensure you are within these goals.
  • Actively recruit and diversify your portfolio of publishers.
  • Work with publishers to build trusting relationships and suggesting innovative ways to increase ROI for the company and publishers


Client Relations

  • Communicate with publishers by the method and frequency that each publisher prefers in order to identify what they need to drive more volume through our network
  • Be consistently prompt and punctual with clients and fellow team members
  • Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of industry developments to spot opportunities
  • Assist publishers in choosing campaigns that best fit their needs
  • Ensure all proper publisher paperwork is received: IO, W9
  • Reconcile publisher numbers at end of month so that payments can be made in a timely manner

Team

  • Maintain professional and appropriate working relationships with all team members. This includes demonstrating respect, enthusiasm and initiative
  • Provide support, training and coaching to other team members where appropriate
  • Demonstrate teamwork, reliability and professionalism in the workplace
  • Effectively communicate any campaign needs or fill opportunities to internal team

 

 

 

Requirements:

  • Self driven, go getter with strong work ethics – must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • 2+ years in the Mobile Advertising or Online Advertising space
  • Current book of business in the mobile space to include: SDK publisher, mobile app developers, mobile web pages, etc.
  • Knowledge of/Familiarity with:
    • mobile performance network buying metrics: CPI, CPC, CPM
    • Third Party Tracking and Servers (Dart, Kochava, Appsflyer, etc)
    • Mobile Ad Space Industry
