Title: Strategic Partnerships Associate
Reports To: Director of Strategic Partnerships
The Strategic Partnerships Manager position is a hybrid of Account Management and Partnerships. With this role, you will continue to manage an elite list of VIP clients that purchase Marketing Services and Tier 1 websites, as well as provide support to the Director of Strategic Partnerships. Initial development into this role will include participating in planning workshops, developing and executing surveys and learning the who’s who in Real Estate software. As the Corcoran partnership begins to materialize on the client-facing side of Luxury Presence, you’ll be included in conversations regarding strategy and eventual roll-out of products and services to Corcoran agents. Likewise, as our Network Members grow, you will also have the opportunity to participate in planning events and developing supporting collateral.
Success in this transitional phase includes taking ownership of projects, taking initiative in learning about the industry, reading industry publications and becoming familiar with our current partnership structure with Compass and Corcoran.
With the growth in line for Luxury Presence, we’re anticipating a full transition to Partnerships by the beginning of Q2, 2020.
Activities Include:
New Business Opportunities
- Marketing collateral and proposals for new business opportunities
Compass/Corcoran
- Reporting for respective POCs
- Workshop logistics: One Sheets, Agent attendee lists, Catering/vendor communication
- Surveys - create based on metrics defined by Director, include in monthly reporting
The Network
- Collateral related to events, membership opportunities, expansion
- Vendor logistics for events, gifts etc as defined by budget and allocation provided by Director
