We are looking for a Paid Social Media Buyer to join our team. This role will manage all aspects of paid social media campaigns, including the development of campaign strategies, audiences, landing page optimizations, market research, full-funnel optimization, and technical audits. A proven track record of executing successful campaigns is a must.

You will manage ad campaigns across Facebook Ads. The senior social media manager combines left/right brain capabilities in order to come up with fresh, effective marketing campaigns - and follow up with analyzing data to find how best to optimize landing pages, sales funnels and ad campaigns.

Expectations: 

  • Go to leader for social strategy and creativity, offering strategy on when and how to scale effectively and efficiently. 
  • Upkeep a testing schedule, challenging the status quo and staying on top of competitors and latest platform updates and trends. 
  • Innovation: Senior Social Media Buyer is constantly expanding platform tools and features across all paid social networks as the driving force to keep Scale’s brands on the cutting edge. Social platforms are constantly evolving. That means that staying on top of updates and understanding root cause effects and chain reactions will become your middle name. 
  • Demonstrable experience managing campaign budgets greater than $30,000 a month on Facebook & Instagram.
  • Must have experience with video advertising.
  • Experience working on Youtube, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, or Twitter is a plus
  • Experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Oversee all aspects of a social media campaign with a focus on meeting CACs.
  • Must have experience in health and beauty E-Commerce.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a full-funnel ad account strategy.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns, all the way from campaign breakdown to ad level 
  • Determine set-up, including: testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization requirements, ensuring full impact and efficiency of each campaign
  • Execute media test plans and measure the impact against business objectives
  • Meet spend and CAC targets; identify opportunities and risks, recommend actions.
  • Drive audience strategy and test new audiences.
  • Review completed and running campaigns on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis and discuss ongoing efforts with senior staff
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments such as social, creative, data, and tech to ensure smooth, consistent and effective campaigns

 

Brand storytelling/sequence of messaging in customer journey:

  • Maintain effective, cohesive, and engaging brand messaging through copy, placements & static/video/GIF creatives.
  • Measure LP’s results & A/B test continuously 
  • Collaborate with creative team to align messaging and targeting based on best practices and campaign objectives for new ad tests
  • Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital marketing space and new brands/products being launched

Requirements:

  • ​Excellent grasp of data analytics
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify, communicate, solve and follow up on issues that arise on a daily and weekly basis
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Excel required
  • Must have experience with video advertising.
  • Must have experience in health and beauty E-Commerce.
  • Must have experience working with Facebook Ads and Youtube.
