Sr. Product Marketing Manager

| Greater LA Area

Like a conductor who guides the entire orchestra to produce beautiful symphonies, product marketing is the orchestrator that collaborates across functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market plans that fuel ServiceTitan's growth. The product marketing team is responsible for designing audience-centric go-to-market strategies, understanding buyers and customers, crafting messaging and content that resonates, taking a strategic approach to launch and equipping sales with the right knowledge and tools that win business. We're looking for high-performing individuals whose creativity, tenacity and unrelenting focus on buyer and customer needs have produced results that place them in the upper echelons of product marketing rock stars.

As our Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Own marketing strategies and planning aimed at increasing customer adoption and usage of ServiceTitan’s core platform
  • Lead development of Go to Market strategy with the goal of driving increased adoption and engagement of our core platform 
  • Drive proactive, ongoing insight development and application in Marketing efforts, Product efforts, and beyond
  • Lead efforts to translate target customer learning into testable hypotheses and ideas, then personally drive and/or partner with cross-functional and channel teams (web, online acquisition, direct response, etc.) to drive testing and scaling
  • Partner closely with the Sales organization to define and develop appropriate sales collateral, talk tracks, etc. to drive close rates
  • Partner closely with Product and UX teams to implement product-based acquisition initiatives, and influence product roadmaps
  • Work closely with our functional partners to prioritize and advocate for features enhancements and product launches that align with our ServiceTitan strategy
  • Drive additional customer efforts in areas such as social and PR, when appropriate
  • Drive development of ongoing customer feedback via NPS, CSAT etc. and translate into actionable insights
  • Advise and coach up, down, and around with an opportunity to grow a team dedicated to advancing our strategic initiatives

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-7 years total work experience with 3+ years of experience marketing consumer goods, technology, web or mobile services (SaaS) / apps
  • Significant marketing or transferable experience that includes:
  •  Creation and execution of marketing strategies and plans
  • Identification of rich customer insights, and translation of insights into meaningful marketing innovations
  • Management of multiple concurrent projects
  • Socializing internal stakeholders to support and advance your vision in a world of many ideas and priorities
  •  Leadership with online acquisition, SEM / SEO and DR efforts
  • The following mandatory qualities:
    • Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Customer-first instinct and mindset
    • Proven record of innovative thinking… with a continuous improvement / “test & learn” orientation
    • Experience with developing financial plans and models to assess and size key opportunities
    • Strong interpersonal skills that ensure tight coordination with business units and functional groups across ServiceTitan
  • Track record rolling up sleeves to drive big outcomes
  • Ability to think through and deliver exceptional end-to-end experiences
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Track record of success leading cross-functional teams to execute with excellence
  • Strong results orientation and decision making skills: take-charge attitude, champion of innovative ideas, and demonstrated ability to drive teams tirelessly to desired outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
