Sr. Marketing Operations Associate at Snap Inc.
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will drive cross-functional team planning and reporting, end-to-end process improvement, and technology and system implementation. Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you will help operationalize the Marketing team’s vision by partnering with creative and marketing teams to build an infrastructure of processes and technology that enables the Marketing team to scale and deliver more value.
What you’ll do:
Partner with Marketing leadership to define and prioritize marketing needs and implement processes, strategies, and systems critical to quality, scale, execution, and accuracy
Serve as the key liaison between Marketing and Engineering to drive marketing’s technology and system roadmap
Support Marketing’s annual and quarterly strategic planning and OKR process
Build and maintain teamwide performance scorecard, capturing input metrics to measure traction towards the team’s vision, objectives and key results
Maintain the Marketing team’s budget, accrual, and variance reconciliation process, driving ongoing budget management, forecasting, accruals, and the team PO process
Shadow and analyze workflows across the marketing cycle to identify known and unknown needs
Cultivate strong relationships at all levels of the marketing organization across a variety of roles like brand management, design, production, and media planning
Maintain, monitor, and improve KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational activities, such as output, quality, velocity, and burndown
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and/or business field such as mathematics, economics, finance, and business or equivalent experience
4+ years experience working in Management Consulting, Marketing Finance, Marketing Operations, or a related field
Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Superb verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality decks and present with confidence to senior leaders
Ability to maximize internal and stakeholder relationships across teams to plan and drive business goals
Understanding of customer relationship marketing concepts, strategic frameworks and key metrics
Knowledge of the marketing data, systems, and tools, and the ability to provide strategic and proactive guidance.

Demonstrated experience driving business results
Experience building and executing a marketing strategy
Experience across the entire marketing process, from needs assessment through measurement
