Award-winning AI company ringDNA is searching for a Sr. Marketing Operations and Automation Manager to help define and create scalable processes, manage our marketing technology stack, and optimize for efficiency and consistency. You’ll fill a key role between between marketing and sales that will influence lead qualification, prospect visibility and ultimately help drive revenue.

About You 

  • A passion for using marketing technology to drive growth
  • Marketing automation management experience (Hubspot preferred, but Marketo, Pardot or Eloqua are acceptable) 
  • Demonstrated expertise creating nurturing campaigns and drip campaigns
  • Significant Salesforce integration or administration experience, including a working knowledge of Salesforce process builder and workflows
  • Integration implementation experience, particularly with data providers and CRM
  • Experience working in a B2B technology company preferred
  • Experience with sales enablement technology, an inside sales team, or sales development team preferred

What You’ll Do

  • Manage all integrations including data providers, marketing automation, CRM, website, chatbot, and more.
  • Own CRM data hygiene, including lead and contact assignments, opportunity contact roles and more.
  • Create reports and analysis as needed
  • Design, create and test marketing automation rules as needed
  • Manage lead scoring, routing and the conversion process
  • Build campaigns and workflows
  • Administrate website plugins and integrations as needed
  • Contribute to strategy and operations as needed
