How you will contribute:

The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will be the primary stakeholder of multiple highly visible online marketing channels essential to the continued growth of the PatientPop business. Reporting to the Senior Director, Demand Generation, you will have the opportunity to plan and execute digital strategies that are among the largest sources of qualified leads and overall company revenue.

The PatientPop Marketing Team has proven success creating reliable, scalable sources of revenue for our company. The team is deep and talented, with many years of B2B marketing experience, so there are plenty of opportunities to collaborate with seasoned professionals possessing extensive industry, channel-specific, and creative expertise.

This position is a great fit for any marketer who: 

  • Has a proven track record of managing a large, multi-channel digital marketing budget

In your first 90 days you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the PatientPop solution, the company’s target audiences, and what has been most successful with those audiences to date.
  • Familiarize yourself with our existing initiatives in paid search, paid social, and video advertising while looking for areas of improvement.
  • Help to identify, develop, and launch key initiatives around SEO, organic website traffic, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure proper lead follow-up and conversion efficiency down-funnel.
  • Help to measure success and contribution to revenue for all digital initiatives.

You will stand out with:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing (tech, SaaS, or agency)
  • Experience with website content optimization and/or conversion rate optimization
  • Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in paid search, paid social, and video
  • Mastery of digital marketing best practices (organic search, SEO, website UX/UI, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook, Youtube, SEM Rush, MOZ, Wordpress, etc.
  • Proven ability to translate target persona information into actionable marketing assets like campaigns, marketing copy, or creative deliverables
  • Excellent people management, project management, and relationship management skills
