The Sr. Manager CRM Marketing team member will be an integral member of the Marketing team. This person will own all aspects of HopSkipDrive’s lifecycle marketing initiatives. This role will require working cross functionality with the Product and Marketplace teams to strategize, execute and analyze lifecycle marketing initiatives and will require strong Iterable product knowledge.
What we’re looking for
Primary responsibilities of the Sr. Manager CRM Marketing include:
- Own and execute all communication campaigns deployed to our HopSkipDrive community audiences, including CareDriver, Consumer and Enterprise
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Marketplace to develop and execute industry leading lifecycle marketing strategies to improve retention and effectively grow as the brand scales
- Own all logistical and operational initiatives building, testing, executing and monitoring of lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Able to discover insights experience revealing powerful and actionable information about our target audiences and the ability to tap into those insights to build compelling campaigns and programs
- Analyze and strategize on existing lifecycle marketing engagements to optimize communication timing and their effectiveness incorporating SMS and Push
- Develop campaign briefs based on customer lifecycle journey
- Use Iterable, Google Analytics and Tableau to build reports and provide insights to the marketing team
- Troubleshoot and serve as lead for Iterable
- Maintain accuracy of communication tracker for Iterable and keep other team stakeholders informed
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Impeccable organizational and project management skills
- Personality profile to fit into a high-growth, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork with various teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A deep understanding of Iterable or other lifecycle marketing tool/software
