Sr. Director, Global Creative Marketing

We’re looking for a Sr. Director, Global Creative Marketing to join Snap Inc! Working from our Los Angeles, CA headquarters, you will build and lead the Snap internal creative agency team. You will report directly into the Chief Marketing Officer, work closely with cross-functional leaders across the company and manage a team of creatives, designers and language artists crafting world-class consumer and business marketing work for Snap.
What you’ll do:
From individual product launches to branding systems or 360 platforms, you’ll lead the team to connect the dots and elevate Snapchat’s ecosystem through your cultural curiosity and creative tenacity
Recruit, develop and motivate best in class team; evaluate team performance and individual staff members
Build strong relationships throughout the company to help unify our narrative, visual identity and messaging internally and externally
Define, approve and enforce the best creative practices (i.e. design and writing) and standards to achieve the set vision and strategy
Champion, shape and oversee execution of bold and transformative ideas
Maintain oversight and management for ideation, creation and deployment
Guide and partner with internal teams (and external vendors, as needed) in the development of B2B marketing materials and collaterals, and proactive ideas for partner collaboration with Snap Inc.
Protect integrity of brand image through communication, design and strong collaboration with other functions within the Marketing team and across the company.

Passion for technology and understanding of the Snapchat platform
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
18+ years of experience working in a creative field, with a focus on marketing, advertising, branding, or communications; experience working across disciplines and categories at a top tier advertising agency
12+ years of experience managing a multi-disciplinary creative team in an agency or client-side environment
Experience working in international markets
Experience speaking at conferences or similar engagements
