Social Media Support Agent

About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate, support agent to manage day to day customer inquiries on public facing platforms. You’ll be working closely with the Social Media, Operations, and Research team to ensure users are receiving attentive responses within a timely manner. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the importance of social media and GoodRx voice/brand. This role is based in Santa Monica and will report to the Social Media Vendor Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance checks for Facebook private messages and App Review responses
- Monitor and respond to reviews on all Business Review Platforms (i.e. Sitejabber, Trust Pilot, Complaints Board)
- Handle daily product emails for one of our subscription services
- Handle the submission of mailing requests
- Support Social Media Vendor Supervisor with GoodRx Instagram community management
- Support Social Media Vendor Supervisor with Facebook inquiry escalations
- Update template responses utilized as references by third parties as product updates occur
- Manage subscription service bank disputes (140+/week)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of social media/community management or customer service
- Experience working with Instagram & Facebook
- Highly organized, detail oriented and media-savvy
