WhiskerCloud is modernizing the veterinary industry. With beautiful, custom websites, mobile-responsive design, email and cloud hosting, analytics, search engine optimization, content creation, advertising, and web security - we're the all-in-one platform that the veterinary industry has been needing for a long time. We're growing quickly and need to add more talented people to our team. Please note: we would prefer this person to be able to commute to our office in Newport Beach.

In this role you will:

• Work with our content team to mange numerous social media accounts for multiple clients
• Manage support tickets and work to find solutions
• Export and email analytics reports to clients on a monthly basis
• Assist with blog creation on websites

The right candidate has these skills:

• Must be extremely organized
• Facebook Page Manager and Facebook Advertising experience
• Google My Business, Webmaster Tools, and Analytics experience
• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Must be well-written and have a positive mentality
• The ability to communicate with clients directly
• Agency or startup experience is not required but is preferred
