Social Media Manager
Comrad is seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to lead the engagement and management of our community across all social channels.
Comrad is a self-care apparel brand that helps you feel your best, so you can reach your full potential. Our flagship product are the Companions, modern compression socks that are comfortable for everyday wear, exercise and travel.
This role requires a creative, collaborative, and fast-moving thinker who constantly finds new ways to evolve and engage our most valuable asset - our community.
What You'll Do
Create engaging and on-brand content for Instagram, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Facebook Live, Snapchat, and YouTube;
Review daily comments and interact with our community across social media posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and other platforms as needed;
Maintain and assist in building our content calendar;
Cross communicating with all teams making sure that everyone is aligned with weekly content themes and timelines;
Responsible for receiving assets from creative team on time.
Manage and organize all social and visual assets for Comrad.
Staying on top of current community management and social media trends and communicate and educate our team in weekly stand ups.
Identify and hit key KPIs as it relates to engagement of our community
Identify opportunities for social content collaborations
Requirements
3-5 years experience with proven track record in social media or a communications-focused role for an ecommerce brand or digital agency
BS or BA degree
Attention to detail, obsessively organized and clear communicator, and experience managing cross-functional projects
Proficiency or Experience with social and analytics tools (We use the following: Google Analytics, AgoraPulse, Later, PeopleMap, Grin, Shopify, Canva).
Strong writing and communication skills
Source and work with freelance and contract producers to create social-first video, graphic and image-based content optimized for different platforms on an as-needed basis
Proactive self-starter who is excited to collaborate with a small, growing team
Experience establishing metrics, gleaning community insights and reporting/recommending strategies that achieve marketing goals
