MomentFeed is looking for someone to help lead and develop our growing Social Solutions Team for our Multi-location brands. We have an exciting opportunity as a Social Media Manager to post, monitor, respond, and engage on behalf of our amazing clients’ social media and reputation channels via the MomentFeed Platform. You’ll have the opportunity to deliver value and impact the consumer experience for our clients’ customers. You’ll work directly with our clients as their MomentFeed point of contact for all things in this domain. You’ll also be the quarterback to our Social Media Specialists who will work alongside you.

What you'll do:

  • Act as primary liaison between our clients and MomentFeed; answer client questions promptly, maintain ongoing communications with clients via emails, monthly status calls, reporting deliverables, etc.
  • Respond to customer comments on social, direct message and ratings/reviews on Google, Facebook, Yelp, etc. in tandem with the Social Media Specialists
  • Develop response library and framework for rules of engagement with customers
  • Responsible for understanding each client’s brand voice and/or creating brand voice documentation on their behalf if not already established
  • Support pre-sales efforts by positioning and scoping social media requirements
  • You’ll assist with crisis management and create escalation procedures around bad reviews and negative news communication/escalations
  • Write copy and develop social media strategy for clients: create, curate and manage content
  • Resident domain expert on social media creative best practices - stay current and provide thought leadership to both clients and internal teams
  • Lead social media creative workshops for clients both in person and via Webinars
  • Beta test internal proprietary technology and provide recommendations and feedback
  • Take on any other responsibilities that may arise in a versatile, fast-moving environment
  • Participate in weekly training, daily team meetings, quarterly company-wide meetings and more

Need to have:

  • 2+ years of applicable experience 
  • Passion for social media and engaging with customers
  • Exceptional writing skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology
  • Ability to communicate with teams internally and clients externally
  • Problem-solving mentality with a high attention to detail
  • A can-do proactive attitude; you hate having nothing to do
