As a Social Media Coordinator at WhiskerCloud, you’ll be a key part of our customer success and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customers’ social media accounts, blogs, and responding to online reviews on their behalf. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge of the latest social media trends and experience in apps like Canva, Photoshop, Hubspot, and Sprout Social.

The ideal candidate will be someone that works smart and wants to rise in our company. Our team is big on collaboration and wearing multiple hats to keep the momentum rolling! Due to coronavirus, our team is fully remote, but we do prefer people living in California.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide responsive engagement using a consistent brand voice across all of our social media platforms, and sometimes via email or phone as well
  • Monitor social media accounts using programs like Sprout Social to engage, educate, and address inquiries
  • Assist customers with requests and needs for graphics, copywriting, or videos
  • Work closely with internal marketing teams to streamline processes and coordinate the execution of new customer success strategies
  • Monitor & analyze social media and website metrics to identify trends that may impact customer satisfaction.

The right candidate has these skills:

  • At least one year of working experience in a customer experience, social media, or copywriting capacity
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
  • Agency or startup experience is not required but is strongly preferred
  • The ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

The starting pay for this role is $39,520 – $43,680 per year plus benefits.
