Golden Hippo Media is currently looking for an SEO Coordinator who will help increase the frequency of building, changing and reporting related to all Google AdWords and Bing Advertising campaigns. As well as work with all team members to ensure reporting and SEO are up to date and tracked.

WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE
- Ongoing Technical Analysis using AHREFS, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog, and other relevant log analysis tools.
- Writing SEO audits, specs, requirements for product, engineering, and editorial teams and guiding projects through conclusion
- QA on all SEO changes both in the pre-production environment and on the live production sites
- Daily reporting of all Sales occurring from Organic SEO traffic to tracked blog and guide pages.
- Weekly reporting of backlinks to brand sites created, indexed, and page authority changes resulting.
- Weekly reporting of all SEO and SEM split-tests (expectation that we run 10-20 split tests each week).
- Work with development department to generate and complete tickets to fix issues bugs discovered in reports if easily fixable.
- Weekly reporting of changes in negative listings showing up high in search for each brand using the ORM tool.
- Content Management reporting of costs, keywords indexed within 3 weeks, organic traffic per article.
- Build a Has/Needs score system for each brand’s published pages and report a monthly list in order of priority.
- Weekly reporting of rankings changes for top 1,000 keywords for all branded sites.
- Monthly reporting of all authority related measurements for branded sites.
- Provide at least 10 insights based on reporting and meet with management to discuss those insights each week.
- Establish and implement ways to automate at least 20% of data being imported into reporting sheets every 60 days.
- Compile unique data sets and create reports that help the SEO team understand an A-typical trend that might lead the team to make key decisions for the SEO team.
BEST CANDIDATES WILL HAVE
- BA/BS in Marketing / Business or related field
- 1+ years working with SEO/ Analytics
- Experience working with Google AdWords
- Experience working with Bing Advertising
- Strong excel skills required
- Experience with reporting tools
