Cloudvirga is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Orange County! The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for demand and lead generation through a number of marketing channels, including inbound marketing tactics like email and social media, paid advertising and events. You will work closely with Sales to build a successful, sustainable pipeline of leads and customers for Cloudvirga.

 What you’ll do:

  • Develop marketing strategy based on company objectives.
  • Support demand marketing plan based on the overall company strategy.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity 
  • Optimize each marketing touch point using data, including top-of-funnel channels like social media and blogging, middle-of-funnel channels like email nurturing, and bottom-of-funnel activities with sales teammates.
  • Manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, info-graphics, etc.).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. 
  • Collaborate with design team on creations with consist branding and messaging. 
  • Support offline events to deepen relationships with customers and attract local prospects.
  • Support overall marketing team goals and programs, ensuring their success
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development staff to provide complete Marketing programs and support for targeted segments
  • Product Launch: participate in cross-organizational solution/product/program launches, identifying marketing needs and managing actions to execute on marketing needs.
  • Collateral & Assets: Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop all collateral needed to support Sales marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities. 
  • Sales Tools: Develop and maintain tools that enable Sales team to sell effectively.
  • Responsible for internal communications to ensure all are informed of marketing efforts.

 We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of relevant marketing demand generation experience
  • Product marketing experience partnering with product management to launch product capabilities to market
  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
  • Strong abilities in campaign and digital marketing tactics
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • Proficient in HubSpot’s marketing automation and analytics features.
  • Great attention to detail and project management skills. This role requires balancing several initiatives together.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Proven, highly collaborative, effective team player; professional and helpful liaison to internal and external customers. 
  • Strong time management skills 
  • Strong follow-up and follow-through skills
