Who We’re Seeking:

The SEM Senior Marketing Manager will be a key contributor in growing Omaze’s footprint in Google Adwords in the US and abroad. We’re looking for someone who knows the ins and outs of Google Adwords and has a proven track record of rapidly scaling in Youtube, Display & Search. You will drive traffic to the Omaze site with a focus on generating revenue while optimizing towards a set of KPI goals. This is a hands-on performance marketing role, where you will both develop strategy and support our current search agency in execution.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop and execute high-growth Google Adwords campaigns in Youtube, Display and Search to achieve performance marketing objectives and meet KPIs
• Collaborate with and support our search agency in executing and optimizing campaigns and overall channel goals
• Grow Omaze customer base in all Omaze prizing verticals such as cars, houses, travel and more 
• Stay ahead of the curve on Adwords trends, products, and tools
• Utilize reporting tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics and Adwords for day to day account management 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (video production, copy & design, merchandising, strategic partnerships, project management, accounting/finance)
• Expand into other CPC-based media platform

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 4-6 years’ experience in hands-on SEM experience
• Success achieving break-thru performance in Youtube, Display, and Search
• Experience managing $1MM+ in monthly spend within Adwords.
• Deep expertise in Adwords platform algorithms, bidding strategies, objectives, and other tools.
• Agile and able to manage competing priorities 
• Full command of paid acquisition KPIs, with particular skill optimizing for ROAS & CPA
• Thrives in a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
